Raw materials are prepared by drying, granulating, sieving, blending and fine grinding, in particular iron-free pulverization. Today’s technological requirements mean that this specialization is becoming ever more important.
A high efficient micronizing plant grind products iron-free such as white corundum, tabular alumina, fused and sinter spinel, fused and sinter magnesite, fused and sinter mullite, fused zirconium mullite, as well as andalusite, bauxite and high-quality kaolin chamotte. These synthetic raw materials, some of which attain 9 on the Mohs hardness scale, are finely ground in the micronizing plant to an average grain size of 1.8 microns.
Our new blending plant for the continoues mixing of dry and fine grinded products and also for the final production of Premix-Qualities for our refractory costumers complement our processing facilities.
Production quality is controlled in our own laboratories according to the EN DIN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
